Xima Care At Xima Software, we strive to provide the best service and support possible. That's why we offer an optional maintenance plan called Xima Care. Each year of Xima Care gives you unlimited access to the Xima support team for technical support, remote installation, assistance with Custom Reports, training sessions for you and your staff, and more. As of April 1st, 2013, new Chronicall users are required to have Xima Care in order to receive major or feature updates. Maintenance updates, which include bug fixes and performance upgrades, will continue to be provided to all users for the feature version they have purchased. However, users who purchased Chronicall before April 1st will continue to receive all major, feature, and maintenance updates for the lifetime of the software.
